We have a real Khmer patient tomorrow morning. A ~3 year old with seizures. They are getting an EEG (two girls are going to go through the motions on James watching what Diane does with this patient)… My license paperwork has been approved, now I just have to go down to Phnom Penh to get it.
The team brought the quilts to Rapha House. They are beautiful. Thank you ladies for your hours and hours of work and creativity! I know from experience how much work goes into each piece of art. They also brought three suitcases full of medication and equipment. Our puppets (3) arrived a month or so ago.
Did I ask you your opinion on World Race before? I am considering having them join us, in part, to be English teachers for our students. English skills are something that will put them way above other candidates in the job market. I know this will be a big job but I expect to have help with it.
So sorry we are lousy at doing videos and sending updates. It is rather hard to explain why. I was at Prey Preal yesterday and they actually were sitting in the overhang from the bathroom addition because there are so many more children than adults still.
The kids are doing well. James is reading and writing Khmer and Diane started her reading lessons today. I was too busy unfortunately.
Hope you are all well. I’ve been swimming and it has been a life saver.
Love, Fleenors
